The concept of the Ironman challenge is about not dying or use any beneficial products within the game. Then the character automatically is invalid for entering the competition. This has to happen before Level 10, though you aren’t allowed to have used different rate or bending any of the other rules before Level 10. Second step is creating your character and sign up for the competition – Death Knight's cannot enter the competition. If you sign up for Bloodthirsty but goes over the 75 quests, you automatically get moved over to the regular Ironman Challenge. The difference is Bloodthirsty is about reaching 80 with less than 75 quests done. The completely first step is to choose if you will go for Ironman Challenge or Bloodthirsty Challenge.

Lately there have been an expanded interest about The Ironman Challenge, and since it is a quite interesting and rewarding challenge we have chosen to tell you more detailed about it here. In overall, we have done quite some things and you guys have been really good at supporting us in these experiments or changes. We have increased the drop rate on some mounts and added a pet to the game. We tried to disable the Ahbot to see how the situation would be like, and realized it is needed but less than what it used to be. We have to try things to see what works and what does not. The Arena event was less of a success and need re-work, and that is also fine. We have tried to have battleground event and arena event, where Battleground events went very well, and we expect those to return in the new year. We have changed a few things when it comes to PvP, so it is easier for everyone to gear up and get stabilized their game play. The staff Team this year have been strengthened a lot and the experiments and results speaks for itself if you ask us. Thank god he recovered well and is back to his old self.
We also had a rough time where we all united in prayer for our developer Andrius, who was in the hospital with Covid. Lightbearer made his moves up in the ranks to now sit on the position as GameMaster and Cherub has moved up in the ranks and joined the Senior GameMaster.

Through her progression in the staff she was accompanied by Lightbearer who became a trial GameMaster short after and Cherub who became a trial short after Lightbearer. She is known as Ayoe or Siisz, depending on how you meet her in the game. Then we had another trial GameMaster, who joined the staff team also in May and progressed her way through the ranks over the year. It is a tough moment to remember, but we know that Axis would have been proud of what we have accomplished since then and how we all handled it. We are a family, we are a unit, we are strongest together when we individually are weakest. That moment showed what TrueWoW is all about. A loss that has marked the server for good, but a loss that also made us stand stronger united.
We lost our beloved Axis/Regent to Covid-19, in May. Then we had one of our biggest and most painful loses experienced on the serve. When the year started we had a new trial GameMaster who actually had joined in the old year, but he was relatively fresh, our dear Outsider, who has progressed over the year to become a Senior GameMaster.
It was a year with lots of interesting moments, sadness, experiments – In over all a year, to remember. The year we have just been through has been a year, we will not forget any time soon.
